  5. 1. I would prefer learning this way because if the teacher teachs, he might go into other topic and disrupt the lesson, hence we will not be able to learn more whereas if we learn from this way, we can learn and do homework at anytime we want since the teacher cannot be by our side all the times and we cannot shoot questions at him while we can replay the teaching video again and again.

(ii) Volume of pyramid = one-third X Base area X Height
    (iii)Volume of sphere = (One whole+ one-third) X pie X r^3

    6. The volume of the sphere is two-third lesser the volume of the cone.

  30. 1)I would prefer the teacher's voice, because I learn more efficiently through listening, but ths website is quie useful when you are on medical leave.

2)[i] The volume of cone is 1/3 the volme of the cylinder
[ii]The volume of the pyramid is 1/3 the volme of the rectangular cylinder.
[ii] The volume of the sphere is 2/3 the volume of the cylinder.

3)Yes because the teacher has demostrated to us through the experiments.

4)Yes, we can recall the process of the experiments to derive the formula.

    5)[i]Volme of cone= 1/3 x pi x r x r x h
    [ii]Volme of pyramid= 1/3 x Base Area x height
    [iii]Volume of sphere= 2/3x pi x r x r x h

6)The volume of sphere is 2 times more than volume of cone. As the cone is 1/3 of the cylinder and the sphere is 2/3 of the cylinder.

1)Yes.I enjoy because it helps the person who does not understand the topic and the video can be replayed by the user.

2i)The volume of the cone is 1/3 of the volume of the cylinder.
2ii)The volume of the pyramid is 1/3 of the volume of the rectangular prism.
2iii)The volume of the sphere is 2/3 of the volume of the cylinder.

3)Yes.It is because the demonstration of the topic benefit the user that are visual or audio learners.

4)Yes.As the topic is done in secondary 1,it has been a long time. But the video helped me remember.

    5)cone=1/3pir*h
    ii)pyramid=1/3 x base area x height
    iii)sphere=4/3pir²
6)The volume of the cone is 2/3 of the sphere

  32. 1.i like when the teacher teach us because i sometimes cannot understand if i self studying but computer also nice because when i write the answer cannot be tired.

2.i the cone volum is the 1/3 of the volume of the cylinder,in the movie it explain that if we pour a water from cone 3 times it was the simmiliar as the cylinder volume.so volume of the cone is= 1/3 volume of cylinder(if the radius and the height is the same)if the formula of cylinder was= pi x r^2 x h than the volume of cone was= 1/3 pi x r^2 x h x 1/3

ii.the pyramid volum is 1/3 of the volume of the rectangular prism,in the movie show that if we pour a water from pyramid 3 time it was the same volume as the rectangular prism .so the volume of pyramid was= 1/3volum of rectangular prism(if the base area and height)if the formula of rectangular prism was= base area x height than the formula of pyramid was= base area x height x 1/3

iii.the sphere volum is 2/3 of the volume of the cylinder,in the movie show that if we pour a water from pyramid 1 time it fill 2/3 of volume as the cylinder .so the volume of sphere was= 2/3 volum of cylinder(if the radius and height)if the formula of cylinder was= pi x r^2 x height than the formula of sphere was= pi x r^2 x height x 2/3

3.yees by pouring the water intoo the other object it show us that it only a little bit of different than the other volume

4.yes.the video make me recall about the volume of the pyramid, sphere and cone

    5.cone= pi x r^2 x height x 1/3
    pyramid= base area x height x 1/3
    sphere= pi x r ^2 x 2/3

6.it show that the the 2/3 of the cone volmue
is the same as the colume of sphere

  33. 1)The video is very interesting as the words are shown at speed where they are readable. However,i would prefer hearing the teachers voice as it would be more interactive.
    2)The video helps me understand:
i)That the volume of the cone is 1/3 of a
    cylinder.
ii)That the volume of the cone is 1/3 of a
    rectangular prism.
iii)That the volume of the sphere is 2/3 of a
    cylinder.
3)Yes,it does.It shows the truth and how the fomula applied, works.
    4)No.By just memorising would do.
    5)volumes:
    i)1/3xpixR^2
    ii)base areaxheight
    iii)4/3xpixR^2
6)The volume of cone is halve of sphere.

  34. 1) Yes. It is different from the usual way teachers teach us Maths.

2i) A cone needs to be filled up 3 times to make a volume of a cylinder.

2ii) A pyramid needs to be filled up 3 times to make the volume of a rectangular prism.

2iii) A sphere needs to be filled 1 1/3 times to make the volume of a cylinder.

    3) Yes. It shows us real-life experiments about finding the formula for volume of cone, pyramid and sphere. It uses water for using the volume for finding the formula for volume for cone, pyramid and sphere.

    4) Yes. It makes me remember the formula for volume of cone, pyramid and sphere. The experiments are very realistic.

    5i) 1/3 x pi x r^2 x h

    5ii) 1/3 x base area x height

    5iii) 4/3 x pi x r^3

  35. 1)I think thatI prefer that we can hear the teacher's voice and the teacher to be teaching ask in class as if we have any problems, we can ask immediately.
2)i)The volume of the cone is 1/3 the volume of the cylinder.
2)ii)The volume of the cone is 1/3 the volume of the squared-base cylinder.
2)iii)The volume of the sphere is 2/3 the volume of the cylinder.
3)Yes. The video proved to me and convinced me about the volume of the pyramid, sphere and the cone as the teachers did an experiment to show and convince me.
4)Yes. The video tell me the relationship between the volume of cone, pyramid, and the sphere which help to to remember better.
    5)i)1/3 x Pi x r^2 x h
    5)ii)1/3 x base area x height
    5)iii)2/3 x Pi x r^2 x h
6)The volume of the sphere would 2 times the volume of the cone.

  36. 1)I prefer the teacher's voice. It is more clear and effective for us to learn.
2i)The volume of the cone is 1/3 of the cylinder.
ii}The volume of the pyramid is 1/3 of the rectangular prism.
iii)The volume of the sphere is 2/3 of the cylinder.
    3) The cone is filled with water and to see how many times does it require to fill up the cylinder and this method applies to sphere and pyramid. So it makes easier for us to see the volumes cone, sphere and pyramid.
4)Yes,we have learnt the formula of the volume of cylinder and rectangular prism ,so we can work out thwe volume of cone, sphere and pyramid from there.
    5)volume of cone=1/3xpixrxrxH
    =1/3piRsquareH
    volume of sphere=2/3xpixrxrxH
    2/3piRsquareH

    volume of pyramid=1/3BxLxH
    =1/3BLH

6}The volume of the cone is 1/2 the volume of the sphere.

  37. 1)i would prefer to listen to my teacher's voice. Because the video does not provide adequate explaination. It just shows why cone, sphere and pyramid have a certain formula.

2i) The volume of the cone is 1/3 of the cylinder.

2ii)The volume of the pyramid is 1/3 of the regtangular prism.

2iii)The volume of the sphere is 2/3 of the cylinder.

3)Yes. It is proven by the experiment that the formula for sphere, cone and pyramid are right.

4)Yes.The formula had been proven in the experiment.

    5i)volume of cone= 1/3xpixr^2xh
    5ii)volume of pyramid=1/3xbase area
    5iii)volume of sphere=2/3xpixr^2xh
